MERVE AYŞEGÜL KULULAR İBRAHİM

Assoc.Prof Dr. Merve Ayşegül Kulular, a faculty member of Informatics and Technology Law at Hacettepe University, ranked 195th in Turkey in the university entrance exam and graduated from TOBB ETÜ, where she studied with a full scholarship, with high honors and ranked 3rd in the faculty. He completed his master's degree in Computer and Communication Law at Queen Mary University of London, England. Kulular completed his doctorate at ASBU; He conducted his doctoral research on planned obsolescence at Murdoch University in Australia, where he discussed the impact of updates on smart devices on consumers and unfair commercial practices. Kulular, who did his post-doctoral degree on crypto assets at Queens University in Canada; He also completed the Department of History as a double major with high honors and completed his second master's degree on the History of Science at Hacettepe University. Kulular; He continues his work in the fields of social media law, cyber crimes, artificial intelligence law, personal data, internet law and space law, with many Turkish and English works scanned in Scopus.
