Bilişim Hukukunda Öncü Akademik Tecrübe Kurumsal Çözümlerde Üst Düzey Uzmanlık

Assoc.Prof. Dr. Merve Ayşegül Kulular, a faculty member of Informatics and Technology Law at Hacettepe University, ranked 195th in Turkey in the university entrance exam and graduated from TOBB ETÜ, where she studied with a full scholarship, with high honors and ranked 3rd in the faculty. She completed her master's degree in Computer and Communication Law at Queen Mary University of London, England. Kulular completed her doctorate at ASBU; she conducted her doctoral research on planned obsolescence at Murdoch University in Australia, where she discussed the impact of updates on smart devices on consumers and unfair commercial practices. Kulular, who completed her post-doctoral degree on crypto assets at Queen's University in Canada, also completed the Department of History as a double major with high honors and completed her second master's degree in the History of Science at Hacettepe University. Kulular continues her work in the fields of social media law, cyber crimes, artificial intelligence law, personal data, internet law and space law, with many Turkish and English works indexed in Scopus.
